RyanCrafts – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing RyanCrafts. Every wooden flag is handcrafted to order, and we take pride in creating quality pieces that are built to last.

Order Processing

Each wooden flag is handcrafted, stained, painted, assembled, and inspected before shipment.

Processing Time:

  • 3–7 business days

During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be extended.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Times

After your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • 3–7 business days

International

  • 7–21 business days

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

Example:

  • 5 business days for production
  • 5 business days for shipping

Estimated delivery: approximately 10 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

RyanCrafts is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
  • Incomplete address information
  • Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer

If an order is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may be required to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

RyanCrafts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around the delivery location
  • Contacting household members or neighbors
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

If a package appears lost while in transit, contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Peak holiday shipping volume
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Other events beyond our control

While we will gladly assist whenever possible, RyanCrafts cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Government fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by RyanCrafts.

International shipments may also experience additional customs-related delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, requests for changes or cancellations should be submitted as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once work has started.
