Every flag is made to order by hand, which means production takes time. Here's the realistic timeline:
Production: 7-14 business days from order confirmation
Shipping: 3-5 business days within the continental US
Total: 10-19 business days from order to doorstep

We stand behind every flag we make.

If your flag arrives damaged in shipping: take photos of the damage and packaging immediately, then email them to us within 48 hours. We'll handle the shipping claim and send a replacement at no cost to you. You don't deal with the carrier. We do.

If you're not happy with your flag for any reason: contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll repair, replace, or refund at our cost. We want every customer to love the flag they bought, and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
